Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide using U.S. Postal Service First Class, Priority, and Priority Express shipping methods, and offer free shipping for U.S. customers on orders of $49 and over. You should contact us immediately if you received a damaged package or your package is missing.
Cancelation Policy
We will issue a full refund for all orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement. On customized orders canceled after 24 hours of placement but before its shipment, we will withhold charges associated with customizations. No cancelations will be processed on any orders that departed our facility; however, you could initiate a return.
Return Policy
We accept returns on all products and will issue a full refund after receiving the return. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. All returns should be mailed to 2 Massachusetts Ave NE #1235, Washington, DC 20013.
