What are the shipping options?

We ship worldwide using U.S. Post Service First Class, Priority, and Priority Express shipping methods.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for U.S. customers on orders of $49 and over.

How long does it take to complete my order?

It takes about 2-5 business days for us to fulfill and ship your order after the payment has been processed; and it may take up to 2 weeks during the holiday shopping season.

What do I do if I received a defective order?

Please mail the product back to us, and a refund will be issued immediately after receiving the return.
